Creating Beliefs

My thoughts are key to the quality of life I enjoy.

I can be aware of my thoughts.

I can school and up tick my thoughts, constantly edging them upwards towards better and better feeling ones.

I love knowing how valuable this information is.

I delight in participating in Master Mind groups where we collectively learn and work on our thoughts.

I appreciate practicing my thoughts into my feeling ever better, ever more confident, ever happier.

I AM so glad to know that my emotions are to provide me with information and I needn't ever kow-tow to them.  I can create habits to totally eliminate fear and worry.

My beliefs are utterly and totally in my purview - it is my business to see that they serve me.

I keep refining my own personal truth.
